With the generous donation of land by Mrs. Tarubala Ghosh in memory of her son, Bimal Chandra Ghosh, the school establishes its permanent home, marking a significant milestone in its journey.

The school was added to the list of Grantee organisations to get the annual Grant-in-Aid from the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India in the year.

The school was adjudged as one of the best out of 153 Grantee organisations short-listed by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India.

The school was recognised as an institute of eminence for creating an innovative avenue for employment generation for Deaf people and was awarded by the then Governor of Uttar Pradesh.
